Frequently Asked Questions
-
At OSC we offer Osteopathic health care services. This includes a full medical history, an assessment, both active (you moving) and passive (the practitioner moving you), and hands-on treatment (if needed) for the specific condition you are presenting with.
-
In some cases, this might happen. Treatment depends on your medical history, the symptoms you present with, and whether what you are presenting with falls within an osteopathic practitioner's scope of practice. Where applicable, referral letters will be written to your medical team (GP, specialists in charge of your care), and it might not be appropriate to provide any physical hands-on treatment, but writing referral letters is still a vital part of your care package.
-
At OSC, we bring years of rehabilitation expertise and extensive training in personal one-to-one coaching, strength and conditioning, and athletic performance training. Above all else, we listen to you and provide you with the space to tell your story and tailor your treatment around you.

You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within two business days.

Pricing: First visit for new patients*, up to 50 mins. Includes case history, assessment, and (if possible) treatment: £60.
Second and **ongoing visits, up to 30mins. Including reassessment (if required) and ongoing treatment in line with the treatment plan discussed: £45
*: Treatment is not always possible in the first visit, depending on the complexity of the case and whether it is medically safe to do so; however, the session price is still charged in full.
**: Ongoing visits: if a patient has not been seen within 6months, they will need to be seen and charged as a new patient (£60) again due to possible changes in medical history and symptom progression. In these cases, we will take a new medical and case history.
