Meet your practitioner
Adam Ralph is a registered osteopath, Level 4 strength and conditioning coach and rehabilitation specialist. He graduated from the University College of Osteopathy with a Master of Osteopathy (M.Ost), completing over 1,000 hours of clinical training across diverse settings — including sports rehabilitation clinics and the university’s specialist HIV clinic.
Before becoming an osteopath, Adam trained as a pro-wrestler and worked as a stunt performer in short films; however, as a hypermobile individual, he sustained more than my fair share of injuries. Learning to rehabilitate them gave me a deep understanding of strength training, Olympic weightlifting, and recovery. That personal journey is a big part of why I’m passionate about helping others.
Focuses on empowering patients with tools to:
Improve mobility and flexibility
Build confidence in movement
Reduce pain and discomfort
Understand their bodies more clearly
Develop long‑term strategies for recovery and performance
